Booking Terms

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise arranged
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7+ days before arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival: No refund
• No-shows will be charged in full

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property and other guests
• No smoking inside the accommodation
• Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangement is made
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay

Liability

Ngorongoro Lodge is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and obtain travel insurance.
